And with both Nairo And Froome not lining up (so far) for Lombardia the last WT race of the season.. he will keep his number 1 spot.. can't think af a more deserving rider to finish the year number 1

Well what a great stage race that was.

 

Hat TTT really messed Sagan's chances for GC, and yesterday he was just not in the right group trying to close the gap to the leaders...they were all looking to him to close it and no one was willing to work.. of course it didn't help that there was an Etixx rider in the group, which Terpstra up the road there was no need for him to work.

 

You win some you lose some.. 3rd on GC considering that damn TTT is a great result actually.

 

Now we wait to see if Sags will ride worlds..he has not yet confirmed he will ride and has said that it's been a long season and he is tired.
