Strava distance anomaly

I use a Polar monitor for training and download the files to PolarFlow and then export it to Strava. The last two rides were a 71km and a 50km, but Strava only shows 23 and 17km respectively.

Everything is shown correctly in PolarFlow, but something happens during the export to Strava. The route map is correct and the time is correct, but the distance is waaayyy out. 

I have exported as both TCX and GPX files, but neither gives the correct distance.

Anyone else experienced this?

Strava is massively inconsistent for me. It would record one ride flawlessly, then the next on exactly the same route would mess up

Last two rides with my Lezyne (my riding mate also rides with one) we both had a 400m loss in ascent between the GPS unit and Strava after upload.

Did you try the Correct Elevation on Strava?

 

Edit: At the top where it shows your elevation, just below the number should be a link/button and they ask if you want to correct the elevation.
