Spare spokes - even on a new bike, things can happen. Make sure they are the correct length. pretty easy to install even out back if you have the tools to remove cassettes anyway...

 

A complete spare derailleur may also be advisable. It takes one crash to destroy ie bend so badly, that it cant be used.
