Road bike for a lady for multi sport events

a lady friend of mine is keen to start riding so she can do multi sport events, she's looking for a bike

Her budget's around the 10K mark, she's 1.64m tall, so I'm guessing a 49? 50?

I'm poo at using the search engine or there're none here (which I doubt)

So I'm just skimming through but must be missing them.

Any suggestions?

I'll be following this topic.  I had an awesome carbon ladies specific road bike which I sold at the end of last year as I was no longer doing road races.  I had done the odd off-road tri, but the bug has bitten and now I'm doing road tri's as well so considering getting a cheapish road bike (similar budget).
