Night Rides and night Race

We are still doing the Tuesday and Thursday night rides starting at 6pm. There are two groups with different levels of experiance. We are not racing but rideing as a group.

Wednesday 21st at 6.30pm we are holding our first night race. 5 laps of 5km not technical but fast to keep the heart rates up and the legs turning. Depending on the interest we will do them regularly.

GOOD light are essential. See you there.
