What is this bike part and what is it worth to sell second hand

They are quick release thru axles if im not mistaken.

 

As for the price, not entirely sure, probably a few hundred bucks.

It's a quick release axel set from a wheelset . Wheelset was probably converted to a thru axel . Would go a long way if you could find out what hubs those belong to . Most modern bikes use thru axels now so wouldn't imagine those are worth too much any more ...
