Is CW cycles service slipping ? Or they just too busy ?

To answer your original question, I think there have been enough slip-ups etc. from them (publicised in this forum), when compared to the stellar service in the past, that the simple answer is yes.

If you consider it in the context of the year they've had filled with uncertainties, etc etc etc, then they have not done badly, and their service is still at least on par with the industry, if not better than most.

I feel they're a solid bunch of guys/gals, and they will get over these ripples, and we'll soon be back to the old dynamite service from CWC.

If you've had a look on CRC lately, you would notice that this mega-giant also has very low stock of most times currently, they take 2 days to answer an email, etc etc etc. No excuses, but perspective is always important.

Not even Chuck Norris is brave enough to complain about CWC on The Hub!!! :eek:

 

The CWC following on here is like a cult. You disappear if you dont go with the flow.
