These guys area really great!

 

If you give them a call they are full of good advice as well. They convinced me to downgrade on a GPS as the model I was looking at was over specced, even though it meant them loosing money.

 

Big thumbs up to them.

I'm currently waiting on an order from them. Have used them a couple of times before and great service.

This order has taken longer than expected. But I received an email from them last week stating that they are waiting on their suppliers who should have the goods there this week. I understand that sometimes stock can be an issue with online retailers, and I am happy that they have kept me informed up to now. I will still use them in future.

Update. Parts have now been shipped. 1 month since ordering. Very slow but it's apparently the overseas supplier.

 

And this order was for standard parts (disc rotor, chains, cassette and BB) so not too impressed.

 

Will probably still use them again but only if the items are much cheaper than other shops... However havent had issues before, so maybe a once off problem.

First time using them, not impressed at all.  Placed and paid for order on the 28th April, even chose the express delivery door to door.  Have been following up, still no delivery, no apology.  Easybike only gives me the courier service delivery details and it seems to be my problem to follow up and try to find out where is my parcel and when it will be delivered.  It is not my problem if your courier is ****, I paid YOU!!!!

It does not necessarily mean that a higher priced product will carry more profit for them, and if that was the case that sale will happen at a later stage.........no loosing going on there

My few pennies worth on this subject:

I have bought from them a few times over the last  2 years and have NEVER had any issue of any sort.Item has always been in stock,courier has delivered within 2 days of the order being placed.I have gotten to know them personally during this period which might also help,but their service has NEVER been an issue.I do know that their involvement with stage races keeps them away from the office at times too.Which might be a problem around this period as well.

Thank you for your message. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused and the delay in having your order delivered. If this has not yet been sorted out please send through your details via Direct Message and we will look into this for you.

 

We have been away on the Joberg2C & Sani2C assisting with GPS Navigation & Support. All orders have however been shipped as normal, we might not have been as available as we usually are over email and over the phone as most of our staff have been at these events.

 

We do follow up with the couriers should something go wrong with your order or if your order has not been delivered. The Tracking and delivery details are for your reference so that you can too follow the progress of your order. We do not expect you to have to deal with a delayed parcel, we will follow up and put pressure on the delivery company should something go wrong.
