Thanks to Extreme Lights for sorting an issue with my endurance cycle light. Unit was not charging. From reporting it to having a new one in under 4 days at zero cost and effort.

 

Well done to Pieter Myburgh and Extreme Lights.

Do you know what was wrong ?

 

Good the hear service was good, I just boxed my 5 month old core cycle light to send back to them, also not taking charge.

There seems to be an issue with one of the batches where the cables are of poor quality hence no charge

 

They also replaced mine no questions asked

Great service from the Extreme team. Sent the light to them last Thursday, on Friday everything was sorted and I received the new light this morning.

 

I decided to upgrade to the Endurance light and just paid in the extra. Back to 4am mornings for me.
