I think Quintana is one of the most over rated competitors in the peleton, great potential maybe but never uses it, at the first sign of any challenge he backs off,... contrast that to 'Berto's race today, foot flat on the throttle and off we go.

Great win by Sagan, another competitor who just never gives up.

He's won many races and a few Grand Tours, GOG

Exciting to watch now.

Translating pressure into consistent results makes him a highly rated cyclist.

His competitors fear his dominance in the mountains.

He never whines either.

He let's his pedals work.

It's not easy at all to win a bike race.

Never mind over a week or three.

Hey, I'm a big Berto fan.

What flamboyance. Agreed.

I have mixed feelings about Quintana.. incredible talent but sometimes lacks confidence to just forget about how he feels and just race.. but comparing anyone to Contador is tough.. the Yates brothers are also full of guts and can be very audacious. But I don't know if we will see another rider like Contador.

No big V or any celebration from the Rainbow Jersey there

That was digging deeeep

Masterful

He made it look easy though, like he was toying with everyone else there.  Some of those guys had the pain written all over their face.  Not Sagan.

I wonder what they thought after that last climb and he was just behind them..and when he latched on again.. surely they must have thought oh well there goes the stage win.[emoji39] or hoping that he was too cooked to compete for the win[emoji23] [emoji23]
