Which size tubbies are best

At CTCT I wrecked my rear tire when I hit a cat eye when the tool in front of me doesn't point things out.

 

So now I need to buy new tires.

 

I have AMClassic Carbon 44 tubular rims with conti gatorskin sprinter tires on (22mm).

 

So excuse the noob question, but if my frame has clearance can I fit 25mm tires on there?

 

Also which alternatives can one consider?

Yes, if your frame has clearance you can fit 25mm tubbies to your wheels.

Yeah, I bought 2 25's and they fit like a bomb.

Which ones? From where? How much? Did you put stans in them? I'm a complete noob when it comes to tubbies.

Conti Gatorskins, around 850 a tire, the bike shop put a little stans in for me. 

 

Check bike24.de for specials, i just missed theirs so it was cheap enough locally.

you pay the atv (10%) and vat(14%) and something like R4.50 per kilo for environmental tax on tires.
