The 65km will follow on the 45km route and then turn away into the mountains. It is more jeep track and roads trough the citrus orchards. there will be a lot of short steep climbs .There will be 2 water points on the 65km route and 1 0n the 45km route.

The weather looks fine for Saturday.Might get hot for the back markers on the 115km

It is the down ride. So the main climb will be later in the race and yes you will attack it from Algeria side.

does anyone know if the entire route is possible on a Cycloscross Bike?

Yes, if you can handle sinkplaat. There is about 400m singletrack at the end, but that is the most technical of the route.

So not too rocky at all then? a pity i didnt ride that bike for ages else i would've attempted it on saturday, shall leave for another day.

And the singletrack was also removed this year.
