If it is anything like the USN races they've held, then it's about as technical as a road race. I would say green route difficulty. Love this venue!

I have to say that I disagree!! I've done all the USN races at this venue for the past couple of years and I also find them easy and huge fun!!   But for an absolute beginner like my wife I would certainly not classify the entire route as green.

Can anyone thats close to the venue give us a weather / route update please ? Traveling from Potch to the race tomorrow , and just wanna know more or less how to dress .

Currently still sunny, no wind, with a bit of cloud building up from the south-west.

I think tonight will see the temperature drop a bit, and I think tomorrow will be mostly cloudy.  I don't think it will rain (lots).

 

I would wear whatever kit you normally wear in Potch this time of the year.  Midrand/Centurion area doesn't get that cold.  Perhaps have a lightweight jacket, just in case it rains a little.
