Best way to clean shoes and helmet

i just wash my helmet in the shower using the shampoo that i use on my head and i have never washed my shoes.

Thug, thing is that these replies included absolutely F-all in respect of the thread and did not involve the thread initiator either. how would you feel if you started a thread about lights and someone came in and ignored your quesiton/issue entirely in order to hijack the thread about something like sewing???

You are right in that it bore no relation to the thread, however you were wrong in that it did involve the thread initiator !
