Is there a money vault type agreement?

Money is paid but not released until goods are delivered?

just standard payment by the looks of it,gets shipped when moneys received, they do have a 15 day refund policy tho, also no negative reviews or anything, seems to be a massive dealer selling alot of different stuff, they sell like sram and shimano, onleal, magura etc

I'd be cautious. Came across this review on their Facebook page...

Ridewill's service is poor. After buying a 500 odd euro Croozer 2016 kid 1 ten days ago they've still not dispatched. Emails asking them what is happening go unanswered and in each case where someone has promised to get back to me they've failed to do so. I'd caution clients about doing business with this company. It appears that despite what they say in their adverts, they don't hold stock and shipping is a problem. Not so much when they debited my credit card. Beware!
