Body armour effective?

You better off doing a couple of skills clinics, to help avoiding getting into difficulty, improving your overall handling ability and also help in getting out of tricky situations without bailing.

Will be more beneficial than any body armour you consider and will be money well spent.

Faster speeds walk hand in hand with added confidence and skills and that brings higher risks and more dire consequences.

By al means skill up, but when you know the stakes are higher, pad up as well.

I have done those but it doesn't prevent tou from falling. Since i did my intermediate course i have fallen more not because of lack but because of higher speeds. I have been cornering faster jumping more. Bunny hopping etc. All stuff i need to practice to increase my skill but with it comes the danger of falling and injury. Im not trying to stop it or prevent injury. I just want to lessen the damage.
