Stanchions are lightly scoured but o-rings are squared off and hard. Replacing the o-rings and will see if there is still air leakage.

 

Let's hope those o-rings do the trick    If you're doing it yourself use SRAM butter for the best chance. It is supposedly better than vaseline etc for the job. Luckily it's no longer difficult to source.

Also check that the wavy washer and flat washer is installed the correct way around, and that the flat washer is not deformed.

 

And use generous amounts of SRAM Butter around the seals.
