Guys thanks for your input, I think the problem is solved.

I took off the Cassette a eagle 50-10, with the 50t facing me I put a generous amount of grease on the inside of the of the cassette near the 10t, now it is absoilutley quiet.

 

Sometime a simple cost effective approach works,

so how is it holding up after a couple of rides
