Two okes seen with bike in obs area. With a bag too.

Bike is white with red bar tape. Orange reflective strip on saddle

two dudes, one riding, other on foot.

the rider is on CCTV, grainy image.

seems to be wearing denim shorts, black shoes, light jacket, red hat and a blueish bag. appears to have ridden a fixie before.
