BB chain guide mount?

Hi Hubber

 

any clue where i can get one of those BB chain guide mounts.

 

my chain guide rubs the frame and is going to make some nasty damage 

so it needs that mount to move it forwards.

and my NW isn't staying on so i need to pop the chain guide on 

 

any idea where i can find one?

i got shimano saint cranks for peanuts luckily

 

will see if i can come with on Friday to get my fork
