If those are the real RRPs, why on earth do the various South African websites say Rxxxx.xx saving you 20-40%?

 

Surely surely you can only call it a “discount” if it’s price off the current RRP, not last years RRP or some fabricated RRP.

But why?

 

It's very expensive, heavy and has a massive Q factor completely different to a road bike. A direct drive smart trainer is definitely the way to go... Plus you get to ride your own bike!

I like the idea of it, but not yet available in SA (officially) and when it is, they will probably way above the RRP of R25k.
