Incident on 24/04/2017 Keyers River path outride on way back at 7ish evening lights on , just past the M3 unfinished bridge downhill to a cluster of trees was knocked of my bike fell to the ground was dark so not much to see my light had come adrift ,saw 2 assailants couldn't ID as it was dark running with my bike in the direction of the unfinished bridge. used my torch to get back to my car harrowing experience ride the area lot

I too ride that area all the time, but turn towards lower Tokai. Always thought that area as you look towards the bridge seemed dodgy. Hope you get you bike back.

you were going north, the guys took you out and then went backup the hill towards the unfinished bridge, I'm guessing they crossed it and then disappeared towards blue route

During the last week some women on bicycles were attacked in lower Tokai forest section.

Sorry about your experience, this hits very close to home its my local route I ride it almost everyday. There is a massive hole in the fence near the bridge to nowhere which leads straight onto M3. Great escape route.
