Scooterbike Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 What will happen if you ride about 80km of technical while rear shock is in closed position?I noticed something weird and afterwards noticed that the lockout was stuck, not working. Will the shock be damaged?
BaGearA Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 No it will not be damaged as assume it was gravel roads mainly , is the shock remote lock ? you'd have to take A significant impact in lock mode to do any real damage to A rear shock

droo Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 I doubt you'd damage it, there are very few shocks that don't have some sort of blowoff for when you forget. A jammed lever still means you're in for a full rebuild 9 times out of 10 though...
