DROPZONE Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 morning ladies and gents acquired myself the new garmin - simply the nuts , "BUT" , the heart rate aint working !i have changed the battery and have read the wee booklet to death and nothing !it says that it connects automatically , but not !!any suggestions pleeeaasseee
word Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 I have the 305 and you have to pair the heart rate monitor, cadence sensor and unit. Try look for something in the settings menu that gives guidance on pairing. Otherwise go to the Garmin website, look under fitness and then the FAQ section. They may have an answer there.

DROPZONE Posted June 6, 2008 Author Posted June 6, 2008 well , not a silly question at all !! but the booklet said that they should be automatically paired when you bring them within 3 metres of each other !! how would one "pair" them ?? perhaps the writer of the instructions is on pipe !! yeah --cadence sensor works fine
