Import Duties on suspension?

Do forks and rear shocks fall under the category of components when being imported

or do they have they're own duty fee's? I need to buy a new fork, full price is 4.7k with shipping

 

How hard would they hit me with import fee's Etc

As far as I know if falls into the component category.

 

That way you will only pay VAT at 16.5%

Correct, have bought suspension a few times from Germany, VAT plus 10% Clearing fee...so was 15.4%, now will be 16.5%
