ewep Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 I want to change my training area from close to home (Sasolburg) to close to work (Bedfordview/Linksfield). I can not train with a group as my rides are specific to the day's program (triathlon specific) and I only train on my TT bike. What areas should I avoid in Bedfordview and Linksfield? Is Fishershill still safe to train on (baby Fishers)? What other routes are ok to be on on my own?
Zaskar Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 Checkout the Strava heatmaps, it will show you the popular roads in the Bedfordview / Linksfield area. From that you should be able to put a few routes together.
100Tours Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 as far as I know Fishers is fine (baby fishers is definitely fine - I ride there kinda regularly bafore 6am on weekday mornings)
