Garmin Vector 3 pedals - what's the delay??

Does anyone on the hub know what the delay in on the Garmin Vector 3 dual side pedals?  I heard something about a recall, but don't know the details and was hoping someone here would have the inside scoop? 

 

I paid for mine six months ago and am getting no-where with the store I ordered them through - so this is all very frustrating..

Garmin are sorry to learn that you are having troubles with acquiring stock on the Vector 3.

 

Please could you let us know the dealer you have placed the order thru?

 

There is a worldwide shortage on the stock at this time and the reason for stores not having stock.
