Kids MTB Fun Races

Hi, 

My son is desperate to do some races on his bike. 

He is 5 and i am looking for fun races in the cape. 

 

Anybody has any suggestions?

So far, i only found the fedhealth MTB challenge at Boschendal.

I doubt that being only 5 he fully understands what racing is all about and that he must desperately enter these events.............

Thats why i am asking for fun (social) events...or if you want to call it family event / ride

get a feel for riding in a group.

most of these events now have short easy options for the family.  My 4yr old son raked up 11km on his bike the other day at the bike park, these kids got loads of energy
