Suspension seal replacement.

Hi. How often should i replace my shock & fork seals? They have done about 3000km and 165hours. Still seems fine to me. Rockshox judy gold fork and rockshox monarch shock. Thanks.

It depends on the models and the conditions in which they are used, but normally 150 hours is considered the time frame for a service.

It's preventative maintenance, so even if it's working well and 'seems fine' it still needs to be done to prevent damage which you can't see.  Dirt makes its way past the seals and rubs between the bushes and the stanchions causing irreparable damage which you can't see until it's far too late. 
Cleaning, changing the oil and replacing the seals keeps it working well.
