Bearing kit for a Demo 8?

Hi Hubbers,

 

does anyone know the average pricing to get a frame bearing kit for a spez demo 8 and where they could be sourced locally? 

not keen on direct through specialized since they're abit overpriced.

could i buy them from a bearing shop is or the quality not on parr with the spez ones.

 

hubs are spez aswell. can i fit standard hub bearings or do i also need a certain type for em?

You won't be able to get a kit unless it's through spaz. You can get the individual bearings from a bearing shop, but then you'll need to know what bearings to get. They've got codes on the plastic covers on each bearing. Quality is still good, but far cheaper.
