Continental Tubby Giro bought online is faulty

I am having a problem convincing the on line store that this tubby is faulty. This video is taken with the tubby pumped to ten bar. There is a 0.5 cm difference in profile in one revolution. I have tried for a week to resolve this with the shop, they say the bumps in the profile are caused by air bubbles in the glue that I used and the tubby is fine. I usually glue with Contact glue (Toluene Free) bought at Spar, I don't like Continental glue, you cannot get the tubby off in a race with this glue.

I know most tubbies are a bit lumpy, but this lump is too bad to use. I have been using tubbies for ten years in races, I think I know how to glue them. This tubby was stretched on the rim for three days before I glued it.

Local shop, I glued it three times. This is after the second time, the third time was the same. I tried to stretch the tubby at the valve when putting it back, it went on the wheel quite easily.

Just heard from the shop they will replace it. Credit where credit is due, to both Bikehub and the seller. I believe that indicating I would tell my story online did encourage a solution in this case.
