Malfunctioning Sigma Rox 10 GPS device

I'd like to pick a few tech brains here on the hub.

 

I use a Sigma Rox 10 GPS unit with HRM for about 2 and a half years now.

Never had any issue.

 

Last week, for the first time, my HRM stops picking up on the device but otherwise all other functions work well.

 

On Saturday I went into CWC to change the battery on the HRM chest strap, still nothing on the Heart Rate picking up. So the technician advises me to update the firmware.

 

So I go home and do this (even though my firmware on the Data Center is up to date) and somewhere in the middle of the firmware re-update I drop internet connection and this device has gone completely retarded.

I'm stuck in the training mode, but can't track anything.

I can't access any other menu or option on the device.

 

So the big question is who do I contact to have this device reprogrammed or bug fixed?

Have you tried resetting to factory default, and then reload firmware?  Press both the power-on and back buttons while powering on, this should do a factory reset. 

 

Doing a factory reset will wipe all your settings and pairings of any devices so you'll need to do that from scratch. 

 

If this does not work you'll need to take it to Omnico.

Unfortunately, I did try this, but with no luck.

 

Spoke to the guys at Omnico earlier and hopefully they can assist.
