Yes but go as early as possible.

 

If the earlier batches are full they wont be able to move you up.

The reseed process allows for results (post-seeding) to be considered prior to the finalisation of the number allocation. Reseeds may be applied for between 3-11 October 2018 @ 13h00 and are awarded at the discretion of the Telkom 947 Cycle Challenge seeding committee, at a cost of R200 . To apply email cyclechallenge@947.co.za

 

I think you might be too late, but It won't hurt to check. I recommend emailing them.
