Wannabe Posted November 14, 2018 Share Guys. Before I go and play around with this, what are the reasoning/uses/benefits of being able to swop this little chip around, to either raise or lower your BB height? Running 29'er (obviously) with Rockshox Recon 100mm travel front, and Monarch RT3 (also 100mm travel?) at the rear.
Wannabe Posted November 14, 2018 Share Silly question, I know. Just don't give me silly answers.
BikeisLife Posted November 14, 2018 Share Put it in low, will lower the BB and slacken the head angle. High will raise the BB and increase the head angle. If it's on one of the older Spark's, I'd put it on the low setting.
Odinson Posted November 14, 2018 Share It stiffens off the rebound of the pedal kick-back curve, which gives you a supportive end-stroke and prevents a reduction of fork-offset trail at full compression.

Wannabe Posted November 15, 2018 Share Will a plonker like me feel any difference between the two settings? Checked last night, mine is in the lowered position.
