Training program officially starts today (with a rest day :clap: )

 

rest day = stretch/foam roller and light weights/cardio

Current numbers looks good and I feel fairly "rested"

Sjoe Fanie you are putting in some great miles/time! I'm thinking of riding but have not done anything longer than 4 hours in the last couple of months.

Oom how close to your target are you ?

 

fundraising wise - still some way to go as the pledges are not as good as I hoped, but donations are up from 36One efforts with Garden Court sponsoring some kit, hoping to get some more pledges/donations before (or after) the event. Funds this year will go towards "beatification" of one of the hostels the centre runs.

 

training wise - 24 days to go and the doubt is starting to settle in nicely.

Doubt - tell me about it ! Its like a thick England mist fog at the moment, that just will not go away.

 

I will drop some sheckles a bit later.

But those socks ..... you could cut some weight off the bike if they were shorter #marginalgains #facepalm
