Norco Sight or New YT Jeffsy or?

Looking for a new frame and narrowed of down to a couple of options.

 

- 2018 Norco Sight Carbon 29

- 2019 YT Jeffsy Carbon

- 2019 Guerrilla Gravity Smash (no reviews yet)

 

Or any other recommendations? Both are coming in at about R22K so unfortunately a Ripmo, Offering or a Following MB aren't really on the radar.

 

I'm looking for a gravity focused 29 trail bike (baring in mind that most trails in WC aren't going to test a full on enduro rig like a slash, Meta AM 29 or a sentinel) that is poppy and can be thrown around but enjoys railing the downs that you find around CT and Stellies.
