Wahoo Kickr + Eagle 1x12

I need some help with setting up my Kickr to work with an Eagle 1x12 setup. 

I'm using the NX Eagle cassette but things aren't lining up so great when I try and shift up/down. I know other people run this setup, so I must be missing something?

So some feedback to anyone else that might run into similar issues.

I played around with the tension of the derailleur cable using the barrel adjuster on the shifter and now the up and down shifts are running problem free.
