Fitting non boost wheelset on boost + bike for long rides

I have a Boost 29er bike with 50mm rims and 3" Tyres on. It's lovely on trails and downhills but a slep trying to ride long distance or climbing along time. I wonder if I can fit normal 22mm rims wheelset that I can swap out when doing long rides by fitting spacers. All axels are true axels. Hope someone has experience with this.

Both hubs sets need to be boost, narrower rims and tyres will be fine

 

 

But the HUBS HAVE to be BOOST
