what time frame are you talking about ?

 

110km on road is much quicker than 110km on MTB

 

You should have enough glycogen for 2hrs then you'll have to have some carbs to continue.

Obvious you want to avoid bonking so maybe starting eating something 1.5hrs into the ride.

 

32Gi Endurance works great for me.

A bottle with that and 1 x Farbar per hour should be more than enough.
