does someone know of a Shimano 11 speed 105 cassette alternative for a road bike that I can use that i can buy online that cost not a arm and a leg

 

I want to have a seperate training wheel for my smart trainer

Sunrace make decent 105 spec components, but after shipping & customs tax+clearance you will be in for about the same as you will pay through a local retailer
