Gregc Posted July 18, 2019 Posted July 18, 2019 Approximately 2 years ago I purchased a new Endurance bike light from Extreme Lights in Stellenbosch. A month or so later after "an incident" where I managed to break the handlebar mount on the light, I took it back to Extreme Lights expecting to have to buy a new mount. No problem they replaced it free of charge. A week or so ago i noticed that the cable housing was damaged close to the body of the light. It was still working but i thought it best to get it sorted. Off to Extreme Lights again to get it sorted again expecting to pay for a new cable. Not only did they replace the cable but also gave be a much better condition light housing as mine was showing some signs wear and tear. All of this at no charge and under no obligation to repair as the warranty had long expired Kudos to Extreme Lights Stellenbosch for such excellent after sales service and backing their products

Super Sywurm Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 I have some trouble with my new light, but the after sale service from Pieter is tops. I can't believe he goes through all of this trouble to keep a customer happy.
leonvandyk Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 They the best! I had an issue and they replaced it for me last minute at their stand at Trans Baviaans. No questions asked. I always recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
