I need to get my road bike rebuilt. which bike shop would you guy recommend? i need a shop that is pedantic about it. making sure everything it torqued and centered. 

 

I would do it myself but i just dont have as much faith in my building skills when it comes to the Road things.

I'm going to put forward mechanics rather than specific shops. I haven't taken my bike to a shop in ages, so it wouldn't make sense to guess who in the workshop is as pedantic as you're suggesting you need.
