Moving to Cape Town

Hi guys,

I'm moving to Cape Town next week.

I've been looking at some of the trails for Tokai Forest and some of their DH Trails and normal trails. I have a Scott Spark, suspension needs an upgrade, currently bottoms out at 100mm.

Will I be able to do these trails on my current suspension or would I need an upgrade?

Can be an aggressive rider on faster trails.

Thanks

Tokai I have done on my HT the snake trails as for their DH line unless you have some serious skills I don't think you would survive it on a xc/trail bike. Talking obviously running from right at the top if you drop in lower down it's not to bad. I would suggest you try the snake trails first.

Sounds like you need more air spring pressure or a damper service. No upgrade needed for Tokai. Presently it s a bit rof out on the trails. Badly needed maintenance is on the way

Thanks DieselnDust, it is overdue on a service, will service the bike before I head down, just want to make sure I dont lose my teeth.
