I was 2nd in line for a pair (5500 series) on Ebay, and since then they have not popped up again.. Thus you can either try using the 5600 or 5700 series and carve some pieces off to get a better but not perfect fit, or you can hack/botch pieces of foam and heat-shrinked electrical conduit over the bare shifters.
