Which MTB tires do you use?

I was interested on what rubber the hubber 's ride on.

So please vote only on for the  tire you currently ride and not what you want to ride on.

I have allowed multiple votes because some have a racing tire and a training tire. If so please specify witch tire you use for racing.

 

Sorry if your make is not on here, but I have chosen the tires that I have used before and what most people I know use.

If you tire is not on here then please specify.

dragson, what i meant was a poll without contis - explorers, verticals and mountain kings? we move a lot more of them than any other of the tires out there.

Like I said "I have chosen the tires that I have used before and what most people I know use." Most people I know use Maxxis Larsen or one of the Kenda's. This poll is to see what is out there.

So far it looks like Maxxis are being used the most. No one seems to want to say witch model tire thy are using so I will start a Second Poll to see witch Model Maxxis are being used. My guess is it is the Larsen TT.

It's beacause most bikes come with them. And when it's time to replace they are the cheapest. People do not want to spend R700 on a set of new tires to experiment.

I use Maxxis Crossmark in the dry in summer and Kenda Karma in the muddy Cape winter.

I also can't vote. I use a Maxxis Mimo on the front and a Kenda SB8 on the back. Both folding, converted to tubeless with Stans.
