Wheel for Lefty compatiblity

Are teh lefty wheels compatible across the leftys?

i.e can a lefty (2.0) wheel from a 2017 model fit a lefty 1.0?

When you say lefty 1.0 which do you refer to?

 

Generally lefty 2.0 uses a 60 mm wide hub flange and the earlier lefty a 50mm wide flange.

So 1.0 hub is compatible with 2.0 through the insertion of a spacer but the 2.0 hub isn't backwards compatible to 1.0.

 

But you need to be specific because cannondale made a mockery of lefty symplicity from 2012 onwards

Your explanation totally explains the issue i was having. Tried to use the 2.0 front wheel on the lefty 1.0 and the hub was touching the fork. Now i know why.
