Can anyone point me to a contact that can alter a cycling shirt to sit more snug?

 

It is a club shirt that is already an XS.. but there is a lot of space for my non existent beer belly.

 

I am located in Pretoria.

Take it back to the manufacturer and ask them to tailor it a bit for you... there will probably be some cost involved as it's a fair bit of work, but it'll be worth it.
