Hi Folks.

These are trying times for sure.

Remember, isolation does not mean seclusion.

Some of you will be having a real hard time through this experience with possibly a loss of income, or shortage of needed supplies. Maybe you are just feeling a little lonely and need some social interaction.

Whatever you need, lets be kind to each other and help each other out. Feel free to post on this thread if you need help, or if you are able to help in any way and lets be a proper community and support each other.

I am not really sure if this will take off or not, but I have faith that you handbag swinging lycra clad people will pull through and support each other...

for the Aussie and NZ people - let me know if you need anything at all!

Ok - I will start.

I will sponsor 3 people on the hub to do a Udemy course of their choosing during Lockdown.

Head on over to www.udemy.com and browse through the courses on offer. There are thousands.

I personally recommend the Superlearner course, but feel free to do your own thing.

There are a couple of rules.

1. Once you have selected your course, send me a PM  (or post here - if you are open to do so) of the reasons for choosing the course (you can also select a course for your kids or partner) and I will select the three people that I like the story the most and gift you the course.

2. If you have been selected, I would very much appreciate if you could pay it forward by offering some sort of gesture of kindness to another 3 people. Please operate within your financial means - a lot of people are doing it tough.

Some ideas are to sponsor a ebook - have your family write a letter to a person in isolation etc.

I hope this works - don't let me down.

Great initiative Wayne.

my positive, I am still employed, and our company has been approached to assist remotely, something that is quite rare in our industry.
we had our first online meeting this morning, and all systems seems to be go.

At this stage, this is all I can offer, a positive note.
