Gielang mountain bikes - Are they good?

I recently came across an add in fb about a mountain bike called Gielang. They are claiming it to be Korean make. I haven't heard of this brand. Please advise

This is an old bike, with various outdated components.

 

26" tires are now only used on kids bikes

 

The cable disc brakes are virtually obsolete
