First Ascent?

Hi guys,

 

Quick question: I seem not to be able to get any response from First Ascent – whether I am logging my query through their website or whether I sending it to their email address (together with query reference number). This is unusual as in the past they have always been very responsive. I am wondering whether I am the only one where the others are having a similar experience?

I sent them an email earlier in the week and got a response within 24 hours, but now waiting on additional feedback, so will see how that goes.
